Do you offer classroom coaching?
AES offers classroom coaching at its study centers in Greater Noida and Mayur Vihar, Delhi for IIT-JEE/AIEEE/SEE and Medical Entrance Examinations.
The exclusive classroom canters are equipped with sophisticated training methodology, greater student-tutor interaction and better facilities with a keen focus on student convenience.

Can I seek assistance from your faculty to solve my doubts arising from your course material?
Our professors' services are available to clarify students' difficulties that may arise while studying our course material. Regular doubt removal sessions on one to one interaction basis, is a unique feature of AES. Students are welcome to write to us about their doubts in letter/e-mail.

In order to facilitate efficient and swift processing, please write - DOUBT LETTER - ATTN: ACADEMIC SECTION clearly on the envelope. Quote your Enrolment No. also.
Please do not combine these letters with any other correspondence.

How can I enroll for a course?
Students may enroll at any time convenient to them but are advised to join early so as to ensure that they get maximum time for study and revision of the course material.
The student should first acquire the prospectus and enrolment form from AES, which is sent free of cost. The Prospectus and Enrolment forms can also be downloaded form our web site www.imc.edu/aes/enrolmentform.htm Alternatively, you can let us know through letter/e-mail/fax your present educational qualification and the course of your choice along with your complete postal address inclusive of Pin code to enable us to mail you the prospectus.

Then, the completed enrolment form should be sent with a passport size photograph glued in the allotted space. Additional signed photographs (preferably color) must be enclosed as per course requirements. Enrolment forms without photographs are not accepted.

The fees for the course selected should be remitted in full, by Money Order or Demand Draft, drawn in favor of IMC Private Ltd., payable at Greater Noida. Alternatively, the fee may also be paid in cash at our office. Please note that payment by cheque or credit card is not accepted as of now.

Do you offer a combined course for All India Engineering and Medical Entrance Exams?
We do not offer a combined course for these two competitive exams because the exam patterns differ.

Can I avail coaching for one or two subjects alone?
Our courses are composite courses towards various Entrance Examinations. As such, we do not enroll students for coaching in individual subjects.

Will you provide me the address and/or phone number of any of your past/present students?
As a matter of policy, we do not provide any information about our past/present students.

Will you assist me in obtaining the application form and the Information Bulletin of the Entrance Examination?
As a special service, we provide information on some of the major examinations for the specific course that the student is enrolled in. However, it is the students’ responsibility to look out for the publication of such notifications in the leading National Newspapers and arrange to obtain and complete the Application Form for the Entrance Examination

Do you provide study material in any medium other than English?
We do not provide study material in any medium other than English. Only students who can follow our lessons in the English medium should apply for enrolment.

Are there any special concessions / prizes for outstanding performers?
AES commends students who score high marks by extending course-specific concessions and cash awards. The details are as follows:

b. Special Recognition for School-Toppers
A 50% fee-concession in all the courses will be given to those who secure first, second or third positions in their schools in the Standard X board examination, provided that they have secured a minimum consolidated aggregate of 80% or above in Mathematics and Science in the Standard X public examination of CBSE / ICSE (85% or above in the case of the Standard X examination of other boards).

To claim this special concession, the student must send to us:

(i) A copy of his / her Standard X board examination mark sheet attested by a Gazette Officer.

If the mark sheet is in a language other than English, a certified translation in English should also be attached.

(ii) An original letter from the Principal in English / Hindi on the school letterhead stating the student's position in the school in the Board Examination. This letter must be signed by the Principal (no other signature will be accepted) and must be the original letter (photocopies are not accepted).

In all cases the decision of Director, AES, shall be final and binding.
NOTE - The concessions detailed above are NOT additive i.e. a student will be eligible only for one concession and will be awarded the highest concession that he/she qualifies for.

Prize Scheme
3. IIT-JEE

AES announces with immense pleasure the Prize Scheme for our students writing IIT-JEE. The following table summarizes cash awards given to students who secure ranks on an all-India basis.

- AES students securing the 11th to the 100th Rank, will receive a cash award of Rs.2,500/- each.
- AES students securing the 101st to the 500th Rank, will receive a cash award of Rs.1,000/- each.

Note: Students who have enrolled in more
than one course are entitled to a refund of only one fee - the highest of the course fees paid.
Those who enrolled only in the Target: IIT Course are not eligible for this Prize Scheme. This scheme is applicable only to All-India ranks achieved by General Category students and not to ranks under any reserved category like SC/ST, Defense, etc.

SC/ST Candidates:
The results of SC/ST candidates are announced separately by the IITs. In view of this and the fact that the prize scheme announced above is applicable only to All-India ranks achieved by General Category students, Brilliant Tutorials is pleased to announce the following special scheme for SC/ST candidates:

All SC/ST students of Brilliant Tutorials securing between the First and the Tenth Rank in IIT-JEE 2007/2008 will receive a cash award of Rs. 2,000/- each, those between the 11th and the 100th Rank, Rs. 1,000/- each, and those between the 101st and the 500th Rank, Rs. 500/- each.

This prize scheme for SC/ST candidates shall be in force only as long as the results for SC/ST candidates are published separately by the IITs as is presently done. In the event of any change in this pattern of result announcement, this scheme will be treated as invalid.

Students should promptly send us, by Registered Post, a photocopy of their Hall Ticket for the IIT-JEE Screening and Main Test along with a copy of their Brilliant Tutorials Admit Card with a photograph. Students who do not send us this copy before the examination are not eligible to claim the prize.

- The prize amount is paid in Indian Rupees.
- In case of a tie, the cash prize amount is divided.

In all cases, the decision of the Management of AES is final and binding.
Prize Scheme for Medical aspirants
c. There is a Prize Scheme for students enrolled in our Classroom Courses for Medical Entrance Exams, securing top ranks in Medical Entrance Exams, wherever the ranks are made public, as detailed below and subject to the conditions stipulated.

AES who secure ranks at the national level in the All India Pre-Medical/Pre-Dental Test conducted by the CBSE will be given the following cash awards:

- Rs. 10,000 cash prize for AES student who secures the First Rank in the examinations conducted by Other Testing Agencies.
- Rs. 10,000 cash prize for AES student who secures the First Rank in the examinations conducted by any State Agency

Are any online services available for enrolled students?
Yes, students enrolled with AES will have the advantage of access to special features. No additional fee is charged for this purpose as this comes as an extra service from AES to enrolled students.
